VEN (LAS VEGAS) — Clark Country Sheriff Joseph Lombardo told reporters Wednesday that based on new evidence they now believe Judge Roy Moore may have been the second person in Stephen “Mad Dog” Paddock’s Mandalay Bay suite who ordered the burger and Pepsi from room service on September 27!
“Exactly what the Judge was doing there and what his exact connection with Mr Paddock is, remains unclear at this time.
“It might very well be they shared a common interest in child pornography or illegal gun-running and money laundering, or perhaps they just happened to meet by chance in the casino, since the Judge is known to have a very serious gambling problem. Although that scenario seems unlikely.
“We just can’t say for sure at this time. But yes, the Judge is now what we call a Person of Interest, although — at this time — he has not been charged with any crime.”
Sheriff Lombardo refused to comment on a recent Washington Post story that claims Roy Moore was an acquaintance of convicted serial killer Charles Manson, having corresponded with him at length while allegedly dating Family member Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme for six months in the mid 1970s.
