VEN (Bejing) — Zhou Yahui, whose company Kunlun Tech Company, bought controlling interest in Grindr in 2016 for 155 million USD, now wants a recognizable gay face to “humanize” the gay hookup site.

“George Clooney and John Travlota turned us down,” an anonymous  Kunlun  senior executive told VEN, “so we figured why not go in a completely different direction and start looking at twinks.

“When you think celebrity twinks, no one else comes close to Colbert.  He’s the Charles Nelson Reilly of his generation.  This was really a no brainer for us.  The guy’s actually gayer than Key West on Halloween!
