VEN (WASHINGTON) — After successfully derailing the phantom Obamacare replacement bill that he and his Republican colleagues in Congress have pretended to work on for seven years —  and indicating he will do the same for tax reform — smug, self-satisfied, Uniparty Speaker of The House Paul Ryan delivered a stopgap budget Friday,  intended for a Hillary Clinton administration.

“I still can’t believe Trump won,” Ryan told VEN Friday.
