VEN (WASHINGTON) — At the annual White House Correspondents dinner boycotted by President Trump over what he believes has been unfair treatment by the press, WHCA President Jeff Mason announced from the podium, “We are not the enemy of the American people. We have no secrets from our readers.”
To drive home his point — echoing his mentor, newspaper tycoon Charles Foster Kane — Mr Mason revealed his recent conversation with Senator Lindsey Graham about North Korea.
” I told Senator Graham — you provide the prose poems. I’ll provide the war.”
