Where’s The Rest of Me?! Big Beautiful Bill Missing No Tax on Tips, SS, and Overtime. No Spending Cuts, Raises Deficit by 4 Trillion USD!

VEN (WASHINGTON) — Why can’t Mr Trump and the Republican Congress stop spending? Have we gone from an incontinent demented pedophile president to a blonde Madame Bovary profligate president in drag?

Not to worry, says VEN‘s Emeritus Economic Correspondent, Professor Erwin Corey, a self-proclaimed hope-a-mist, “you don’t need a lot of meaningless Greek symbols — like Trump’s tariff equation, which even I didn’t understand — to realize that everything will work out in the end — unless of course we find ourselves somewhere other than where we are right now!”

But — he cautioned — “Mr Trump and Congress need to understand that if we don’t change direction soon, we’ll end up where we’re going. And as far as fiscal responsibility is concerned, what you want to do — if you have time — is borrow from your friends, and when they ain’t got any more money, make new friends.

“And as far as this big beautiful bill is concerned, it’s important to remember that beauty is in the behind of the beholder! And as I’ve told the Speaker of the House Mike Johnson many times, pal, when your IQ reaches 28, sell!”

Professor Corey also emphasized that “like Congress, the world is a stage, but the play is badly cast,” and when pressed by VEN if he had any advice for President Trump, he had this to say:

“I used to be indecisive about Mr Trump, but after the tariffs and so forth, now I’m not so sure. What would I tell him if he called? That’s easy. I’d remind him that the sum of the cyclic hypotenuse and any two angles of tensor vertices is equal to the co-tangent of the obtuse seraphim. Where the angles are expressed in radians per some time unit I forget, but will come back to in overdue time, yielding feathers per flap.”
